- You have consulted, or will consult, a qualified physician before beginning any new exercise program.
- You will practice within your own physical limits and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
- You are participating in these exercises at your own risk.
5. Content Disclaimer
The lessons, videos, and written guidance provided in the App are for general wellness education. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. We make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
All videos, audio, images, text, logos, and software within the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The "Tai Chi Fit for Seniors" name and logo are our trademarks.
7. Google Play Services
By downloading the App from Google Play, you agree to Google's Developer Distribution Agreement and Google Terms of Service. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
8. Changes to the App
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. Where reasonable, we will notify you of significant changes through the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any physical injury that may occur during practice.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
